Payments
Payment is always the last step, after a written quotation has been approved and an invoice has been issued.
Payment Options
Digital Empire LLC offers electronic payment options for approved business transactions. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. ACH bank transfer may also be available depending on the transaction and customer account.
Payment terms and instructions are provided on the applicable quotation or invoice.
Customers should only submit payment using instructions provided on an official Digital Empire LLC invoice or secure payment page.
Payment methods are offered as options, not as entitlements. Not every method is available for every customer or every transaction. The methods available for a particular order are the ones listed on the invoice for that order.
What You Are Paying For
- Goods
- The products listed on the approved quotation or invoice, in the quantity stated.
- Shipping and handling
- Carriage and handling for the shipment, where these are charged. The amount is shown on the quotation or invoice.
- Samples
- Where you have requested a sample, the sample cost and its shipping. Samples are invoiced separately from wholesale orders.
- Taxes, duties and fees
- Any applicable taxes, import duties or third-party charges, where these apply to the transaction and destination. These are itemised on the invoice where Digital Empire LLC collects them, and payable by the customer directly where the carrier or authority collects them.
Charges are set out on the quotation before you approve it. Amounts are not added after approval without a revised quotation that you approve in turn.
How Payment Works
- You approve a written quotation.
- Digital Empire LLC issues an invoice for the approved order.
- The invoice states the amount due, the due date, the accepted payment methods for that transaction, and the payment instructions.
- You pay using only the instructions on that invoice or on the secure payment page it links to.
- Payment is applied to the order and fulfillment is coordinated.
Payment Security
What this website does not do
- This website does not collect bank account numbers or routing numbers.
- This website does not collect card numbers, expiry dates or security codes.
- This website does not process payments. The forms on this site submit sourcing and contact enquiries only.
Protecting your payment
- Only use payment instructions printed on an official Digital Empire LLC invoice or on a secure payment page linked from it.
- Digital Empire LLC will not ask you to redirect a payment by phone, text message or unexpected email.
- If payment details appear to have changed, contact us at info@digitalempirewholesale.com or (385) 377-5419 to verify before sending anything.
- Keep your invoice and order reference. Quote them in any payment query.
Payment Questions
- Which methods can I use?
- The methods accepted for your transaction are listed on your invoice. Availability depends on the transaction and the customer account, so it can differ between customers and between orders. No method is available on every order.
- Can I pay before receiving a quotation?
- No. Payment is requested only after a quotation has been approved and an invoice issued.
- What if I need to change an order after paying?
- Contact us immediately with your order reference. What is possible depends on how far the order has progressed with the source. See the Returns & Refund Policy.
