Who We Are
Digital Empire Wholesale is the brand name used by Digital Empire LLC. Throughout this site, Digital Empire Wholesale refers to the business as customers know it, and Digital Empire LLC is the legal entity that issues quotations and invoices, receives payment, and is party to every order. There is no second company: the two names refer to the same business.
Digital Empire LLC is a Texas limited liability company operating from Utah. The certificate of formation is held in Texas; the office the business is run from, and the address on quotations and invoices, is in Utah.
We work with commercial buyers who need to purchase goods in wholesale quantities and would rather brief one company than approach suppliers one at a time. Our role is to take a purchasing requirement, find sourcing options that can meet it, put pricing and availability in writing, and coordinate the order through to fulfillment.
How We Operate
Digital Empire LLC does not maintain a published catalogue and does not hold stock against speculative demand. Each order begins with a customer specification and is sourced against it.

- Warehousing, transport and fulfillment are handled by third-party providers engaged for the order.
- Goods are purchased against an approved quotation, not held in advance of one.

- Own or operate warehouses, vehicles, ports or distribution facilities.
- Guarantee that any specific product can be sourced, at any specific price, until a quotation is issued.
- Take payment for an order that has not been quoted and confirmed in writing.
- Collect bank account or card details through this website.
